Which regions or countries can I purchase a Respawn Protection Plan?

Respawn Protection Plans are currently only available in the United States who have a Valid U.S. Address. It does not include any U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, and does not include Canada.

When does the Respawn Protection Plan Begin?

Respawn Protection begins 31 days after purchase you can register your devices.

Where can I find Respawn's terms and conditions?

You can read the terms and conditions which are located at the bottom of the website. Your specific terms and conditions will be sent to you shortly after your product is delivered.

Can I cancel my Respawn Protection Plan and receive a refund?

Yes, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days and a prorated refund after that, less any claims paid.

Is there a deductible I have to pay on any repairs under Respawn?

Yes, There is a $75.00 Deductible.

How do my products get serviced with Respawn?

All repairs are serviced through authorized repair centers. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and ship your product back to you once the repair is complete.

With Respawn, who pays the shipping fees to and from the repair center?

Shipping fees are covered by Respawn as long as the product is being shipped to and from a U.S. address.

What if I have a problem with a product when I am traveling outside of the United States, can I still use my Respawn Protection Plan?

Your Protection Plan benefits are limited to the United States. If you have a concern outside of the United States, we can still assist as long as you provide a U.S. address to ship the product to and from. You will be responsible for expenses incurred shipping your product to the U.S. and back to the region you are in if required.

With Respawn, can I have my phone or laptop repaired anywhere?

The Respawn Plan provides access to authorized repair centers. No other repair center will be authorized to repair your unit. Should your unit require repair, contact the Respawn Protection Team at info@respawnprotection.com and they will arrange for you to have your unit shipped to an authorized repair center. Shipping charges are on us. We cannot reimburse you for any repairs made outside of the normal claim process.
